The successful real estate agent Oliver Steinmetz began his impressive career in 2011 with a renowned real estate company on the Balearic island of Mallorca. As the youngest estate agent, he worked for many years in the sales office in Puerto Portals and gained important experience in the luxury real estate sector.

To further advance his professional career, the passionate real estate expert moved to an international franchise company in Portals Nous and was named "Best Sales Agent" of the Südwest Group in 2017. He then took over the management of their sales office in Santa Ponsa.

His path then led him to found his own investment company in 2021, which he still runs today, with a focus on classic real estate investments such as apartments in particularly sought-after locations on Mallorca.

In his book "Haifischbecken Mallorca: Bist du Unternehmer oder Unterlasser?", the professional talks about his unprecedented career on the dream island and provides numerous first-hand tips for all career changers who want to gain a foothold in the real estate industry on Mallorca.

He joined NEPTUNUS INTERNATIONAL as Sales Director in August 2023 and manages the sales offices in Puerto de Andratx. The father of an adorable little daughter loves to spend his free time playing golf or tennis. He also likes to round off a demanding working day with a good meal in one of the island's exclusive restaurants.

Born in Bulgaria, Anna Petrova completed her secondary education at the "Bertolt Brecht" foreign language high school in Pazardzhik, Bulgaria. She then completed her degree in economics in Varna, Bulgaria. This was also recognized later in Bochum. The now successful real estate agent gained her first professional experience as a law firm assistant, in her own company for agricultural tourism in Bulgaria and as a sales agent for luxury yachts in Bulgaria.

In 2009, Anna, who is the mother of two children, moved to Mallorca. While her daughter is studying medicine in Bulgaria and her son is studying international law in Holland, the power woman has been working in real estate on the Balearic island for several years.

Anna found her way to NEPTUNUS INTERNATIONAL in 2020 and has been an integral part of the management team as General Manager and Sales Director for the southwest region ever since. Thanks to her extensive language skills in Bulgarian, German, Spanish and English, every international client looking for a Mallorcan luxury property feels particularly well looked after by the expert.

Born in Luxembourg, Stephanie Bruns completed her baccalaureate in administration at Lycée and initially gained extensive professional experience as a secretary and assistant. One of her stops was at a lighting design company on the Balearic island of Mallorca.

Inspired by interior design, the talented linguist, who speaks German, English, Spanish, Luxembourgish, French and Catalan, decided without further ado to continue her education in the field of interior design. After graduating, she founded her own company on the island and successfully specialized in sophisticated interior design for many years.

The single mother of two has also been working as a luxury real estate agent in Mallorca since 2013 and has held the position of Sales Director of Palma at NEPTUNUS INTERNATIONAL since 2020.
