The Aerotib buses, as the yellow and red long-distance buses connecting the airport with tourist areas are called, have been in operation again since last week. The buses are a cost-effective option to cabs. They run regularly between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. on the following routes:

A 42: Airport to Cala Bona via Porto Cristo, S'Illot, Sa Coma and Cala Millor

A32: Airport to Can Picafort via Playa d'Alcúdia, Port d'Alcúdia and Playa de Muro

A11: Airport to Camp de Mar via Santa Ponça, Costa de la Calma and Peguera.

A12: Airport to Magaluf via Costa d'en Blanes, Son Caliu and Palmanova

Optionally, almost all places on the island can be reached via the Plaça d'Espanya bus station in Palma. The city bus between the airport and Palma runs regularly at short intervals.
