Thanks to an initiative of the Spanish Ministry of Justice, since 26.06.2024 we Spanish lawyers have been able to simplify the assertion of claims for damages due to flight delays, flight cancellation or denial of boarding or carriage.
If your flight was delayed or canceled, or if you were denied boarding, we can now use a new online system to assert your claim for compensation against the airline, saving you time and money.
The procedure is not yet valid throughout Spain, but it is valid for the following regions: Illes Balears, Castilla y León, Castilla La Mancha, Extremadura, Región de Murcia, Ceuta y Melilla. This means that claims for damages relating to flights to and from Mallorca, Ibiza and Menorca can be asserted via the new system.
