On Mallorca, the mask requirement now also applies generally on the beach.
Previously, the government was a bit more relaxed: if you sat on your towel and kept the minimum distance of 1.5 meters from other beachgoers, you did not have to wear the utensil.
But now, mouth-to-nose protection is mandatory in all public areas, including the beach.
The only exception is during sports and exercise in nature.
