The tradition of Christmas markets is also celebrated in Mallorca.
In Palma, it is rather the typical local Christmas products that are offered at the stalls in the Plaza Mayor and on the Ramblas.
The Christmas markets in the southwest have an international influence and are reminiscent of those markets known from Central and Northern Europe.
And then there are the very special Christmas markets in Mallorca, which take place in exceptional surroundings of wineries and Spanish palaces.
Take advantage of the "long weekend" that is upon us and stroll through one of the magical, very special markets:
The winery "Bodegas ViRei", located on the road to Cap Blanc in the south of Mallorca, will host a Christmas market next weekend.
From December 4 to December 7, there will be homemade mulled wine, excellent drops and festive snacks amid the vines.
The pre-Christmas ambience can be enjoyed from 12 to 8 pm.
Pre-registration is required by calling 971 007 460.

After a year's break, the popular Christmas market is finally taking place again in Pueblo Espanyol.
And for longer than ever: from December 3 to January 2, you can stroll around to your heart's content every Friday to Sunday and on public holidays against the backdrop of Spain's most beautiful buildings. The market opens at 4:30 pm on Fridays and at 12 noon on weekends and public holidays.
