The newly built luxury apartments of the complex "New Folies" in Puerto de Andratx have been awarded the international Architecture Master Prize 2020.
The award recognizes not only the architecture, but also sustainability and integration of the project into the landscape.
The New Folies complex comprises 41 residential units in a modern style. The panel for the Architectural Award particularly praised the implementation of the orientation of each housing unit on the very challenging, steep terrain. During planning and construction, great care was taken to ensure that the units did not block each other's view and allowed maximum privacy.
