People are already jogging, walking and strolling along the new waterfront promenade in the El Molinar marina. The area around the harbor basin was already opened to athletes and walkers at the beginning of August. Now benches, tables and palm trees have been added. Boats are not yet in the basin. That will probably not be until next year. A new operator for the harbor has not yet been found, and a call for tenders is underway.
In the meantime, construction work continues. Jetties are still being laid and a restaurant is also to be built.
