Prices per square meter increased by an average of 11 percent from 2021 to 2022. This is the result of a study by the "CRES" institute. With an average price per square meter of 7733 euros, the southwest remains the most expensive region. In this region, the supply is also the largest.
In second place is Palma (5,576 euros) before the southeast (5,323 euros) and the northwest (5,100 euros). It is cheapest in the interior of the island (3668 euros). Also in the north the square meter price with 4228 euro is still bearable. In the south it lies with 4249 euro.
Who would like to acquire between Andratx and Calvià a real estate with sea view or pool, must pay 2022 between 30 and 60 per cent more than 2021.
