The German government and the federal states have probably not yet agreed on when the new criteria for travelers returning from risk areas should come into force. October 1 was originally mentioned. However, the regulation will not come into force on this date. There is no word yet on whether it will be October 15 or 30.
Until then, Germans can still travel back from Mallorca quite easily. A negative test result made on Mallorca (max. 48 hours before entering Germany) is sufficient to move freely/go to work without quarantine. Corona tests are offered by various clinics and laboratories on Mallorca.
If you get tested at the airport in Germany, you have to isolate yourself until you get the negative result. This usually takes between 24 and 48 hours.
