In Mallorca and the sister islands were in the first four months of this year as many second-hand properties Sold, as never before. This is according to data published by the National Statistics Institute INE.
A total of 6,000 properties were sold between January and April on the islands Sold, 4,900 of which were existing properties. Compared to the first four months of last year, there was an increase of 57 percent in sales.
