During 2021, the prices of real estate in Mallorca have increased by 9.3 percent, as published by the statistics company Tinas. This makes the Balearic Islands currently the most expensive autonomous region in Spain.
The high demand for prime housing almost reached the level of 2019, before the pandemic. Further price increases are expected, as many investors see good properties as an option to the unstable stock market. In addition, demand for primary and secondary residences in Mallorca is also likely to increase further.
