Rental prices in the Balearic Islands are among the highest in the country.
This is according to a report by the research and market analysis platform Servihabitat Trends. The rent for a 90-square-meter apartment costs on average about 1000 euros per month on the islands this year. The islands are surpassed only by Madrid, Catalonia and the Basque Country.
On the other hand, the autonomous communities of Extremadura with 440 euros per month and Castilla La Mancha with 465 euros.
An investment in a property in Mallorca can therefore be worthwhile, whether for personal use or for long-term rental.
