Sunset tour to Port Soller lighthouse
Route: Port Soller beach - Far des Cap Gros lighthouse - same route back
This running route offers everything: beach, mountains, sea and romantic sunset.
It always goes along the sea, the beautiful promenade of Port Soller around. The destination: the lighthouse on the other side. The route runs along the bay, the deep blue water to the right. Halfway there, the easy flat running is over - now comes the climb to the lighthouse. In serpentines it goes up, the place becomes smaller and smaller, the view more and more gigantic.
And then the destination is reached: the over 100 year old lighthouse high above the bay of Soller. Here you have earned probably the most beautiful breather. Now just look for a quiet corner and marvel at the view.
Playa de Palma - Venice Beach of Europe
Route: Portixol - El Molinar - Ciudad Jardin - Coll dén Rabassa - Cala Gamba - Cala Estancia - same way back
This running route leads along the Playa de Palma past small harbors, chic suburbs and casual promenade cafes - A real pleasure route that can be extended (almost) infinitely in both directions. Walkers, cyclists, joggers and inline skaters share the perfectly laid out path along the sea.
The route starts in Portixol, the epitome of casual nightlife just outside the city. It initially passes fragrant cafes, fish restaurants and sandy coves. Later, anglers on rocky cliffs and undeveloped hinterland replace the promenade strollers and soon you reach the realm of kite surfers, Playa de Can Pastilla.
The same way back will not be boring, it offers completely different impressions: The imposing Tramuntana Mountains and the glittering mini-metropolis of Palma de Mallorca.
And at the end you have earned a stop. Many small restaurants directly on the seafront offer sports snacks.
