To calm traffic in the city center, the city of Palma plans to expand the so-called ACIRE areas. These are streets in which only residents are allowed to drive.
Starting in October, only residents will be allowed to drive on Calle Bonaire and Sant Jaume, among other streets.
In the course of this, the paid parking zones in the city center are also to be expanded.
